Quick summary: Salina Hop is a fast Brno arcade climber. Jump upward, collect tickets, dodge inspectors, chase the daily route, and compare scores through Apple's Game Center. No account is required beyond optional Apple platform services.

Before you email
- Check whether the issue happens in a normal run, the daily route, or a shared challenge
- Confirm whether you are signed in to Game Center if scores or achievements are missing
- Try switching language mode between English, Czech, and Hantec if a label looks unexpected
- Make sure sound, music, haptics, and controls are enabled as expected in Settings
- If a voluntary support purchase fails, check your App Store purchase status and try again later
Current scope
- Vertical arcade jumping with tilt or touch controls
- Daily route seed for a fair score chase
- Tickets that can save a run or be fired at hazards
- Bellstorm boosts, springs, inspectors, monsters, orloj hazards, and Brno landmarks
- Game Center leaderboard and achievements
- Optional Hantec mode alongside Czech and English
- Shareable challenge card after a run
- Optional consumable support purchases handled by Apple
Common fixes
- Game Center score missing: confirm you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then relaunch the app
- Daily target looks wrong: the daily target depends on today's Game Center daily leaderboard data when available
- Controls feel too sensitive: open Settings in the app and adjust tilt sensitivity or switch to touch controls
- Audio or haptics missing: check the in-app toggles and your device's silent/focus settings
- Purchase pending: Apple may hold StoreKit transactions for family approval, payment checks, or network availability
Privacy posture
Salina Hop does not require a developer account, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not sell personal data. Scores, achievements, and leaderboards use Apple Game Center when you choose to be signed in. Optional support purchases use Apple's StoreKit. Anonymous TelemetryDeck events help understand gameplay balance and app quality.
Useful in a support email: include whether the issue is about controls, daily route, Game Center, Hantec language, sharing, audio, or an optional support purchase. A short reproduction path helps most.
