Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Salina Hop: Brno Jumper ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form an agreement between you and Dan Urbánek ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. About the App

Salina Hop is an iPhone arcade climber set around Brno-inspired themes. It includes daily routes, local gameplay records, optional Hantec language mode, shareable challenge cards, Game Center leaderboards and achievements, and voluntary support purchases.

3. Eligibility

• You must comply with Apple's App Store terms and local laws
• You must use a compatible iPhone and iOS version supported by the App
• Game Center and purchase availability may depend on your Apple account, region, age, family settings, and device settings

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Game Center and fair play

Game Center leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple. You agree not to manipulate scores, automate gameplay for unfair leaderboard advantage, submit fraudulent results, or interfere with other players' use of Game Center.

The Developer may adjust scoring, balancing, achievements, or daily route behavior in future updates to improve fairness or game quality.

6. Optional support purchases

Salina Hop may offer optional consumable support purchases, such as a ticket, coffee, or snack. These purchases are voluntary and primarily support development.

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Prices are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by region
• Support purchases are consumable and do not create a subscription
• The Developer does not directly handle payment details

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. User content and sharing

The App may let you create or share a challenge card after a run. You are responsible for where and how you share it. Do not use sharing features to harass others, misrepresent results, or violate platform rules.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, exact leaderboard availability, perfect compatibility with every device or iOS version, or permanent availability of all features.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including score loss, local data loss, purchase delays, Game Center unavailability, or app downtime.

12. Updates and changes

The Developer may release updates that change, add, rebalance, or remove features. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the current Terms.

13. Apple and third-party terms

By using the App, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms and policies, including the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, Apple Game Center terms, and App Store payment rules. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
