What to include in a support email
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Which mode you were in: Classic Time, Word Count, Flow, Code, Quote or Daily Challenge.
- Whether you were typing on the in-app keycap keyboard or a hardware keyboard.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- For purchase problems, whether Restore Purchases has been tried.
My score did not appear on the leaderboard
Check that you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings. Runs completed while offline are queued and submitted when a connection returns, so a score can appear later than the run. Note that the in-app keycap keyboard and hardware keyboards have separate boards — a hardware run will not show on the touch board.
I bought Pro and it is not active
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase tied to that account.
The daily challenge looks different from my friend's
The daily challenge is derived from the date in UTC, so it changes at midnight UTC rather than at your local midnight. Everyone on the same UTC day gets the same challenge. The app reads a timestamp from apple.com so the challenge cannot be shifted by changing your device clock.
Where are my results stored, and can I get them out?
Results are stored locally on your device, capped at the most recent 500 tests. You can export them as JSON or CSV from the app through the iOS share sheet. There is no cloud sync, so an export is the only way to keep a copy — worth doing before you reset or replace a device.
Can I turn analytics off?
Yes, in Settings. The app never sends what you type in any case; the Privacy Policy lists the six signals it can send and everything it is forbidden from sending.
Known limits
- No iCloud sync between devices. Results are per-device by design.
- The results history keeps the most recent 500 tests, not the full lifetime.
- Hardware keyboard and touch keyboard rank on separate leaderboards and are not merged.
