1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Czech Driving Test 2026 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App
The App helps users prepare for Czech driving theory exams by providing bundled question content, practice flows, mock tests, review tools, media, and progress tracking that can sync through Apple iCloud when available.
The App is an independent educational tool published by Dan Urbánek. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Czech Ministry of Transport or the official eTesty service.
3. Question Source and Accuracy
The App uses publicly available Czech driving-test question materials and related public source references, including Ministry of Transport eTesty bulletin materials. We make reasonable efforts to keep the bundled content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, media item, category, or licence-group mapping is complete, current, or identical to the official exam system at all times.
Always follow the current official requirements and instructions from your driving school, examiner, and the relevant public authorities.
4. Educational Use Only
Mock test results, scores, review lists, and progress indicators are provided for study purposes only. Passing a mock test in the App does not guarantee passing an official exam.
5. Premium Unlock
The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium preparation features such as additional mock tests or review tools. This is not a subscription unless explicitly stated in the App Store purchase sheet.
- The current price is shown by Apple's App Store purchase sheet before payment.
- Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- The developer does not receive or store your payment card information.
- You can restore an eligible purchase in the App.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
7. Local Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary, the App does not require a developer account, does not use tracking, and may sync study progress through your own Apple iCloud account.
8. Licence
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal study purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, complete compatibility with every device or iOS version, or accuracy of all educational material.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including missed study goals, incorrect assumptions about exam readiness, or loss of locally stored or iCloud-synced progress.
11. Apple Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement, Apple's privacy policy, and Apple Media Services terms.
12. Changes
