Data We Collect

The app does not collect personal data from you and does not send your study progress to a developer-operated server. It sends only the anonymous aggregate product signals described below through TelemetryDeck.

No account registration
No name, email address, phone number, or contact list collection
No advertising identifier collection or cross-app/web tracking
No location tracking
No third-party advertising SDKs

Study Progress Storage

The app stores learning state locally so the study experience works between launches. When iCloud is available for the app, the same progress may sync across your own Apple devices using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store. This may include:

seen question identifiers
questions marked as difficult or worth reviewing
recent mock test results
selected app language and local settings

This data is stored using Apple-provided storage such as UserDefaults and NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore. The developer does not operate a custom account system or developer-run sync server for this data. Deleting the app removes local app data from that device; iCloud-synced data is controlled by your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Anonymous Aggregate Analytics

The app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, aggregate, non-linked product analytics. This helps the developer understand app quality and broad feature use without building personal profiles, selling data, or targeting advertising.

TelemetryDeck may receive general product events, such as app launches, feature use, or purchase-flow screens, together with limited technical context such as app version, operating-system version, language, and device model family. It is not used to link your use of this app with your activity in other apps or on websites.

TelemetryDeck does not receive: names, email addresses, contacts, advertising identifiers, precise location, study progress, question text, answers, answer selections, or user-entered free-text content.

Question Content and Media

The beta app bundles Czech driving-test question text and referenced media files locally. Some source records preserve original remote media URLs as provenance or fallback metadata. Study progress is not uploaded to a developer-operated server.

Network Use

The app may open external websites only when you choose links such as support, privacy, or official source references. Those websites are handled by your browser or Apple system components.

Apple Services

TestFlight, App Store distribution, purchases, and iCloud are operated by Apple. If you install the app through TestFlight or the App Store, Apple may process installation, crash, purchase, diagnostic, and iCloud sync information according to Apple's own policies and your device settings.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for people preparing for driving theory exams. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If the app adds developer accounts, a developer-operated backend, or materially different data-handling features in the future, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
