Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowKeys ("the App"), including its keyboard extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

FlowKeys is a custom iOS keyboard with a companion app for configuration and support. It is designed to help you type with swipe input, multi-language prediction, autocorrect, themes, clipboard history, text shortcuts, typing statistics, optional voice typing, and optional iCloud sync.

• Data model: local-first keyboard data with optional Apple iCloud Key-Value Store sync

3. Keyboard Access and Full Access

To use FlowKeys as a system keyboard, you must add it in iOS Settings and may need to enable Allow Full Access for full functionality. Full Access is an Apple platform permission that allows the keyboard extension to use shared local storage with the companion app for learned words, settings, clipboard history, shortcuts, and statistics.

4. Free and Premium Features

FlowKeys may include free features and optional premium unlocks offered through Apple's in-app purchase system. Available features, pricing, and purchase types may change over time and are presented inside the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit
• The developer does not receive your card number or billing credentials
• Refund requests must be handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Restore Purchases uses Apple-managed purchase restoration and does not create duplicate charges

6. Voice Typing

If FlowKeys offers voice typing, it relies on Apple speech recognition services available on your device after you grant the required permissions. Voice features are provided on an "as available" basis and may vary by device, language, and iOS version.

7. App Provided "As Is"

FlowKeys is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, prediction accuracy for every language or word, or compatibility with all future iOS versions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable law
• Interfere with the App's intended functionality or Apple platform services it depends on
• Misrepresent the App, its branding, or its ownership

9. Data, iCloud, and Privacy

FlowKeys is local-first. Learned words, shortcuts, clipboard history, settings, and statistics are stored on your device unless you enable optional iCloud Key-Value Store sync. Your use of optional iCloud features is also subject to Apple's iCloud and Apple ID terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how FlowKeys stores and handles your data, why Full Access may be requested, and how anonymous TelemetryDeck analytics work.

10. Apple Terms

When relevant, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's terms and policies, including:

• Apple Standard EULA
• Apple Privacy Policy
• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of FlowKeys, including data loss, prediction errors, downtime, keyboard unavailability, or billing disputes handled by Apple.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at ios.dnesdan.cz/flowkeys/terms-of-use. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
