1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Longevio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Dan Urbánek ("Developer", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of the App

Longevio is an iOS fitness age app that estimates your fitness age using data from Apple Health. The app currently offers multiple science-informed calculation methods:

• HUNT Study — Norwegian population research methodology
• FRIEND — Fitness Registry and the Importance of Exercise National Database
• Cooper Institute — Dallas-based fitness research and testing
• Composite — a combined score view that blends supported methods when enough data is available

System Requirements: iOS 26+ and watchOS 11+ for full features.

4. App Provided As-Is

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no representation or warranty that:

• The App will meet your expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The calculations are medically accurate or suitable for your specific health condition

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• The 7-day free trial for Yearly plan converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends
• Cancel anytime in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Longevio
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused time in your current subscription period

Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Apple StoreKit 2
• The Developer never sees your payment information (credit card, billing address, etc.)
• Apple processes all transactions according to their terms
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms (implementation), and user interface elements of Longevio are the exclusive property of Dan Urbánek and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App's algorithms or design for competing products
• Copy the App's UI/UX design

The fitness age calculation algorithms are proprietary implementations based on published scientific research (HUNT Study, FRIEND, Cooper Institute) but are protected as original software.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Modify or tamper with the App's functionality

8. Apple Health & HealthKit

Longevio integrates with Apple HealthKit to read your health data:

• Read-Only: The App only reads HealthKit data; it never writes or modify your Apple Health records
• User Control: You grant explicit permission when first opening the App. Revoke anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health
• No Transmission: HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to external servers
• Your Data, Your Control: You can delete HealthKit access to Longevio at any time without affecting other health apps

By using Longevio, you agree to comply with Apple's HealthKit Usage Guidelines.

10. App Updates & Discontinuation

The Developer may update the App with bug fixes, feature improvements, or security updates at any time. Updates may be mandatory for continued use. The Developer also reserves the right to discontinue the App or specific features with reasonable notice. Upon discontinuation, your subscription will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Health-related claims or damages arising from fitness age calculations
• Any damages arising from the App's use or inability to use

This limitation applies even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Czech Republic.

13. Third-Party Terms

By using Longevio, you agree to:

• Apple EULA: Terms and Conditions of Apple's App Store and StoreKit
• TelemetryDeck Terms: telemetrydeck.com — for anonymous usage analytics (optional, opt-out available)

14. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
