What you can check about a parcel

Tapping the map opens the detail sheet. This is what it holds, without leaving the map.

Fields match what the app shows for a parcel and for a building.

And what surrounds the parcel

Public layers over the map show what might be worth verifying before you commit to anything.

Layer coverage varies by location; where a public source returns nothing, the app says so.
LayerWhat it is for
Radon indexRadon context at the parcel location.
NoiseNoise band from public noise maps.
Flood riskFlood exposure and floodplain areas.
Soil qualityCzech BPEJ soil rating and LPIS.
DTM and DMVSIndicative position of utility lines and connections.
Protection zonesProtected areas around the parcel.

Important: map layers are for orientation. They do not replace the official Land Registry, utility statements, a land survey, or legal and professional advice.

Parcel and map stay together

The detail sheet is a fast overview, not a substitute for an official registry extract.

  • Crisp vector parcel boundaries and parcel-number labels that adapt to zoom.
  • Saved places and history for quick return visits.
  • Official Czech Land Registry detail opens inside the app.
