Can I search in English?
The app interface supports English, while official Czech registry data and place names remain in their source language.
Tap a parcel to see its area, land type, title-deed number and a link straight into the official Czech Land Registry.
Tapping the map opens the detail sheet. This is what it holds, without leaving the map.
| Field | What you see |
|---|---|
| Area | Parcel area in m², as recorded by the cadastre. |
| Land type | For example built-up area, garden or arable land. |
| Perimeter | Length of the parcel boundary in metres. |
| Coordinates | Position you can copy with one tap. |
| Title deed (LV) | The title-deed number the parcel belongs to. |
| Parcel type | Tells a cadastral parcel apart from simplified-record land. |
| Map sheet | The source the drawing comes from, such as DKM. |
| How area was set | Hints at how precise the boundary really is. |
| Buildings and addresses | Structures on the parcel including their numbers. |
| Registry link | Opens the official Land Registry entry. |
Public layers over the map show what might be worth verifying before you commit to anything.
| Layer | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Radon index | Radon context at the parcel location. |
| Noise | Noise band from public noise maps. |
| Flood risk | Flood exposure and floodplain areas. |
| Soil quality | Czech BPEJ soil rating and LPIS. |
| DTM and DMVS | Indicative position of utility lines and connections. |
| Protection zones | Protected areas around the parcel. |
Important: map layers are for orientation. They do not replace the official Land Registry, utility statements, a land survey, or legal and professional advice.
The detail sheet is a fast overview, not a substitute for an official registry extract.
Switch between distance, area and rectangle modes, add points over the map and keep the result for later.
